The fun version of cricket!

For years my friends and I have argued the toss about cricket. It’s a game that we all played at school, and quite a few of us played for the local team for a few years. We all liked playing the game, but none of us really liked actually watching the game. The Ashes were a bit different, but that was more about tradition and passion rather than the game itself! We had said for years that the game was just not exciting enough, and then along came Twenty20!
Twenty20 cricket is just so much more exciting because both of the teams have to take risks! I have loved watching it on television and a couple of my other mates have really go into it! I decided that it would be great to go and see a night game at one of the county matches, and I started to have a look around online to see if there were any tickets to be had. After a bit of futile browsing I managed to happen across a great site which seemed to have a specialist section on sporting events and they had loads of sports tickets available for all sorts of sporting events.
I had a look through everything they had on the site sporting wise, and I naturally bookmarked the site for future trips, but for the time being I focused on the Twenty20 matches that they had available. The price per ticket was great since you get a good five or six hours worth of cricket, and I bought four tickets to the match that was coming round the soonest!
The twenty20 match we saw was fantastic and I think that I am probably a convert for life. The spectacle is even better live, and my friend even caught the ball in the crowd! What a great day!

Golfing Tips to Improve Your Play and Lower Your Score



What’s the ultimate goal of every golfer, from the top pros
to the beginning golfer? Lower your score! Obvious, right?
But also difficult and frustrating. Here’s something you
can start doing at the driving range to help lower your
golf score.

If you’re like most golfers, you probably do something similar
to the following when you get out to the driving range. You
warm up, probably with a wedge or 9 iron. Then you work your
way down to your driver, hitting x number of balls with each
club on the way down. Or, if you like to grip it and rip it,
you go right to your driver after a warm up and spend a lot
of your practice time and bucket of balls on your driver.

But let me ask you this? Is that how you golf? When you
are out playing 9 or 18 holes of golf, do you hit a bunch
of balls with your driver, move on to another club and do
the same thing and so on and so on? Probably not, right?
So why practice that way?

One of the best golfing tips I can give you is to play 18
holes on the driving range. Yes, you have to use your
imagination a bit but you’ll make for a much more productive
driving range session.

Imagine yourself on the first tee on your home golf course.
What’s it like? A long par 4? Get out your driver and try
and duplicate the drive you’d need to hit on that hole. Then
try and determine what you’d need to hit on your second shot
and switch to that club. I think you get the idea.

This will
do a much better job of simulating what you’d have to do on a
real golf course and can really help improve your play by improving
your practice time on the driving range.
